Well, we made the trip to WV without having a baby, now were impatiently waiting for the lil' guy.
We had our 37 week appointment yesterday (12-30-08) we seen a different midwife this week, we really liked her...more than our other, she was very compassionate and really cared about how I was feeling. She stayed in there and took her time, she wasn't in any hurry, and we really enjoyed that. I felt like I could ask her questions and she would take the time to answer them. She didn't check for dilation, she said that wouldn't happen until 38-39 weeks unless I wanted her to. I think Id rather not know and not be disappointed if I wasn't.
I’m feeling okay, I dread going to work everyday because I’m hurting in my lower back and my feet and ankles are HUGE. My last day at work is going to be the 8th. I’m very excited because I will get to nest a little and have time to do some things I’ve been wanting to do before he gets here! Were hoping for his arrival on the 11th...that is my guess but his father is guessing the 22nd. I guess we will wait and see!
