So I know, I'm not doing a very great job at updating the blog page. Landen is so mobile these days and its hard enough getting the house clean and dinner cooked. In the evenings I try and relax with Tyler since I don't really get to see him much with work and school all week. Anyways, here's a few pictures and such. We can't wait to come home from the Holidays. We will be getting in on Tuesday night and leaving on Sunday for the Thanksgiving trip. It looks like were going to be home for 9 days at Christmas!!!!!!
So Landen is surly growing up! He isn't walking yet but getting closer and closer everyday! He is pushing those walk behind toys great and walking along the couches. He is getting into everything and has gotten many smacks on the hand at this point. I have a feeling he is going to be extremely stubborn but that is just our punishment for the way we both acted as children. If you didn't know, we were both getting in trouble on a daily basis when we were much younger...our parents had it hard and now its coming back to bite us in the behinds! He is still as amazing as ever though, he may drive us crazy at times but he makes us smile all the time and were grateful to have such an amazing baby!
~Daddy Time~
This past weekend Landen and his daddy had some good quality time together! They even dressed to match..lol...then Tyler put in a new storm door that we got at Lowes for $25 (woohoo...we got super lucky!) Landen stood at the back door watching him for most of the installation, he sure does adore his Daddy!
We have been sitting Landen on the toilet between diaper changes throughout the day just so he gets used to the potty. I give him my trashy magazines to read and he will just set there so patiently..lol...nothing has happened in there just yet but we hope this helps with potty training down the road!

We didn't take Landen trick-or-treating this year but we handed out candy and had fun seeing all of the kids dressed up. It was so hot down here that he couldn't even stay in his costume or he would sweat like crazy...the joys of NC! Oh, and I dressed up like Punky Brewster!
~Happy Fall Yall'~
We are loving the recent weather down here. Its nice a warm with a cool breeze, its really perfect weather most days! We try and spend as much time outside as we can before it gets too cold. He is just so into everything right now and wants to eat anything he can fit in his mouth. When we go out, he eats at least 3 leaves and some grass, I'm sure he gets a few bugs in there too..lol! There are so many ant hills (red ants that bite and leave blisters) so its hard to even find a safe grassy area to play in. Anyways, he loves it outside!
